My Background

Growing up I was student athlete: involved in basketball, soccer, track and cross country. Even background in mixed marshal arts.

I found myself lacking in motivation after college, no longer had accountability from others to keep me motivated. For years I would find myself having high spurts of energy to go to the gym, only to lose interest.

I knew I needed something to keep me entertained and focused, with one goal in mine. So how do you entice a nerd to workout?

By coming up with a nerd workout... duh! The Avenger workout (name still needs from work.)

To train like the MCU cast was the right motivation I needed to get active. Yes, the possible of coming out with rock hard abs, also helped!

Please keep in mine, this isn’t exactly what the actor(s) did for their training for their MCU roles. Also this program is not affiliated with Marvel or Disney.
